Install the terminal
Mount a Dahua ASI-series terminal at the door, gate or turnstile and connect it to any LAN, Wi-Fi or 4G router.

Connect it to the cloud
Add the terminal in the portal and enter our server address on it once. It dials out over TLS with Dahua CGI Auto Registration, and its time zone and settings are configured for you.

Add staff, students, members or visitors from the portal, the app or an Excel import. Faces, cards, PINs, schedules and holidays sync to the terminals you choose.

Nothing lost in an outage
Doors keep working offline. When the link returns, entries from the outage are recovered automatically and the terminal is brought back in sync.

Frequently asked questions
Which Dahua terminals work with NexBorg Access?
Dahua ASI-series access control terminals that support CGI Auto Registration, such as the DHI-ASI6214S face terminal. Send us your model number and we will confirm it before you buy.
Do I need a static IP, port forwarding or a VPN?
No. The terminal dials out to the NexBorg Access cloud over TLS using Dahua Auto Registration, so it works behind any ordinary broadband, Wi-Fi or 4G router.
Can I use Dahua terminals I already own?
Yes, if the model supports CGI Auto Registration. You point the terminal at our server address once. People, faces, cards and PINs are then managed from the cloud.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The terminal keeps opening the door for enrolled people offline. When the connection returns, events from the outage are recovered automatically.
Where is our data stored?
In India. Face photos and biometric data are handled under privacy controls, and deleted people's faces are purged from the cloud.
Can NexBorg Access connect to our own payroll or ERP software?
Yes. It has an open REST API with signed webhooks, and it already feeds Nex AtPay HRMS payroll and NexGuru School ERP.
